This disclaimer is subject to change without notice. We encourage users to review it periodically to remain informed.

1.1 NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing contained within the content provided by Graphene Solid State Group LLC (“GSSG”), including but not limited to digital assets, technical datasheets, scientific literature, case studies, webinars, promotional materials, and website content, shall be interpreted as formal engineering, scientific, architectural, regulatory, or technical advice.

While the information presented may reference peer-reviewed studies, laboratory-validated formulations, and proprietary data derived from real-world testing and material science research, it is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Any references to product performance, mechanical or chemical properties, thermal behavior, corrosion resistance, or environmental benefits are intended to illustrate potential capabilities under specific controlled conditions and should not be construed as universally applicable or certifiable across all regions, environments, or project specifications.

The performance, integration, and compliance of TruGraphene®, Fortivene®, or any related graphene-based technologies will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:

  • Local environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, temperature cycles, salinity)
  • Substrate compatibility
  • Project design parameters and load-bearing calculations
  • Regulatory requirements from agencies such as ASTM, AASHTO, EPA, or local building codes
  • Curing conditions, surface preparation, and application method
  • Admixture ratios or chemical compatibility with other materials

Accordingly, all users, clients, engineers, contractors, municipal agencies, and purchasing parties are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party laboratory testing, pilot implementation, and professional review by licensed civil, materials, or structural engineers before finalizing any specifications or approving a material for permanent use.

Use of GSSG products or technologies does not imply or confer certification, compliance, or regulatory approval. End-users assume full liability and responsibility for verifying:

  • The fitness and suitability of the product for their specific application
  • All safety protocols, durability benchmarks, and environmental considerations
  • Integration into structural systems or municipal infrastructure
  • Warranty or liability implications in their jurisdiction

GSSG, its affiliates, board members, officers, research staff, and partners disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or nonconformities that may result from failure to seek professional advice, conduct proper testing, or follow established industry standards.

In summary, consulting with licensed experts and adhering to appropriate regulatory procedures is essential before relying on any material or information provided by GSSG.

GSSG provides all content, services, and materials on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. No oral or written information, whether communicated by our employees, affiliates, or representatives, shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

To the extent any jurisdiction limits the exclusion of certain implied warranties, this disclaimer shall apply to the maximum extent legally permissible within such jurisdiction.
