Fortivene® – Reinventing Materials at the Molecular Level

Fortivene® is a proprietary composite of pristine TruGraphene® and methylene blue, engineered to enhance strength, conductivity, chemical resistance, and antimicrobial functionality across multiple industrial domains.

Scientific Overview

Fortivene® operates through synergistic π–π stacking interactions and electrostatic forces between methylene blue and the surface of pristine graphene. These non-covalent interactions preserve graphene’s lattice integrity while enhancing surface activity, allowing for improved dispersion in resins, concrete, and coatings.

By encapsulating the composite in either SiO₂ (for industrial resilience) or polydopamine (for biomedical compatibility), Fortivene® offers multifunctional enhancements, including superior tensile strength, conductivity, thermal stability, and microbial inhibition.
